A fully funded postdoc position is open for a researcher with a proven track record in molecular, stem cell or developmental biology. Experience with transgenic mice and xenograft transplantation is an advantage.
The main interest of the group is to explore mechanisms governing the acquisition and subsequent maintenance of neuronal identity. In addition to exploring the fundamental mechanisms of neuronal differentiation, our research aims to understand how the loss or gain of key regulators can influence tumor formation in the nervous system.
