Tumor genomics of cancer metastasis
This is an opportunity to identify the genomic basis of metastasis and develop novel therapeutics, especially as they relate to the health disparity among the minority populations of the Bronx and others with aggressive prostate cancer and triple negative breast cancer. This is part of a comprehensive effort to develop cancer risk assessment, diagnosis, and tailoring of therapy using genomic approaches. Candidates should have experience with cancer molecular biology, genomics and animal models of disease.
