Key roles and activities
• Design and synthesis of functionalized drugs ( ‘payloads’)
• Synthesis, purification and characterization of ADC
• Development and optimization of conjugation protocols utilizing novel chemistries and technologies
Skills
• Ph.D. in Biochemistry or Chemistry
• Ideally dual experience in antibody drug conjugation and medicinal chemistry
• Experience in ADC purification
• Working knowledge in protein characterization (ELISA, MS, Size Exclusion Chromatography, SDS Page)
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• French speaking requested
