Job Description

A postdoctoral position is available in the Department of Medicine, Section of Pulmonary, at the University of Pittsburgh. We seek a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms of lung diseases such as asthma and COPD in order to develop effective targeted strategies.

Applicants must have a very recent Ph.D. (M.S. candidates are also welcome) or equivalent degree in the biological sciences. Expertise with mammalian cell culture, microscopy, immunoassays, molecular biology, animal models, and systems analysis of molecular interactions is required.

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder to apply.
