The Banchereau Lab at The Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine is currently seeking several motivated scientists interested in leveraging modern genomic advancements in the study of the human immune system.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Flow cytometry
• Cell culture systems
• Basic protein characterization
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• PhD and/or MD
• Relevant scientific experience (experimental and/or computational)
• A track record of research accomplishments
• The ambition to thrive within a highly collaborative, inter-disciplinary research environment

The Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine (JAX-GM) is part of an exciting $1.1 billion venture between The Jackson Laboratory and the state of Connecticut.

ABOUT THE BANCHEREAU LAB AT JAX-GM
• Principal Investigator: Jacques Banchereau, Ph.D.
• Goal: To enable the future development of novel therapies for a range of serious illnesses.
• Focus: The pursuit of an in-depth genomics and epigenomics characterization of human immune cells.
• Currently investigating: How the immune system deteriorates as part of aging, and how the immune system is altered in autoimmunity and cancer.
