　　Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is one of the world’s premier cancer centers, committed to exceptional patient care, leading-edge research, and superb educational programs. The blending of research with patient care is at the heart of everything we do. The institution is a comprehensive cancer center whose purposes are the treatment and control of cancer, the advancement of biomedical knowledge through laboratory and clinical research, and the training of scientists, physicians and other health care workers.

　　The Timothy Chan laboratory in the Human Oncology and Pathogenesis Program, is seeking a highly motivated and successful individual with a background in molecular/cellular biology to join the Chan laboratory, a cancer genetics and genomics laboratory studying tumor suppressor genes and immunogenomics in a variety of solid tumors. The fellow will work with Dr. Timothy Chan and Dr. Ari Hakimi on translational cancer research. Projects will involve establishing organoid models of the tumor microenvironment in bladder and renal cancers to model sensitivity and resistance to immunotherapies and combination strategies, genomics of genitourinary tract cancers, and clinical trial correlates.

　　The ideal candidate should have:

　　● Applicants should hold a PhD and/or MD degree and have strong laboratory and analytical skills.

　　● Significant experience in molecular biology, animal modeling, immunology and cancer biology is required.

　　● Good communication and organizational skills are a must.

　　● Some bioinformatic knowledge is helpful.
