一、學(xué)院概況

北京大學(xué)深圳研究生院（簡(jiǎn)稱“深研院”）是北京大學(xué)唯一異地辦學(xué)的校區(qū)，創(chuàng)建于2001年。學(xué)院繼承北大百年優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)傳統(tǒng)，融合深圳創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)、開(kāi)放進(jìn)取的動(dòng)感活力，形成了南國(guó)北大、海洋北大的特殊氣質(zhì)。

人文社會(huì)科學(xué)是深研院學(xué)科建設(shè)的重要組成部分,體現(xiàn)北大人文精神的傳承。在目前新一輪學(xué)科建設(shè)中，深研院根據(jù)人文社科領(lǐng)域的最新發(fā)展和社會(huì)需要，正在致力于創(chuàng)辦新專業(yè)方向，為北大社科學(xué)科建設(shè)和發(fā)展開(kāi)辟新的領(lǐng)域。

學(xué)院目前正在重點(diǎn)建設(shè)的學(xué)科方向之一，是“公共/社會(huì)政策研究”。

二、專業(yè)領(lǐng)域：社會(huì)治理、公共政策、社會(huì)政策、社會(huì)管理

三、招聘崗位：教授1名、副教授2名、助理教授1名

四、聘期和工作地點(diǎn)：至少工作一個(gè)聘期3年以上，本職位工作地點(diǎn)在北京大學(xué)深圳研究生院（中國(guó)廣東省深圳市南山區(qū)大學(xué)城）。

五、崗位職責(zé)

1、從事社會(huì)和公共政策研究；

2、相關(guān)研究生課程的教學(xué)工作，每學(xué)期2門課；

3、參與學(xué)院的學(xué)科建設(shè)工作，承擔(dān)某些行政和學(xué)生管理工作；

4、承擔(dān)某些課題、咨詢等研究。

六、應(yīng)聘條件

1、從海內(nèi)外一流大學(xué)或研究機(jī)構(gòu)的相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)并取得博士學(xué)位；

2、熟練掌握英文或重要學(xué)術(shù)語(yǔ)種；

3、對(duì)教學(xué)充滿激情，能夠勝任碩士課程的教學(xué)工作；

4、具備在本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域開(kāi)展原創(chuàng)性研究的能力，具有國(guó)內(nèi)外認(rèn)可的學(xué)術(shù)成就，能把握相關(guān)學(xué)科發(fā)展前沿，能夠開(kāi)展交叉學(xué)科研究；

5、有國(guó)際化工作背景者優(yōu)先；

七、待遇福利

1、按照北京大學(xué)深圳研究生院的教師工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供相關(guān)待遇。

2、如符合要求，學(xué)院將積極為錄用者申報(bào)國(guó)家和地方相關(guān)的人才計(jì)劃；

3、按照國(guó)家和深圳市相關(guān)政策享受醫(yī)療和社保等待遇，經(jīng)本人同意可辦理入戶深圳手續(xù)。

Faculty positions at School of Humanities and Social Sciences

Brief Introduction to SHSS and PKU Shenzhen

Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School (PKU Shenzhen), is the only campus of Peking University running out of Beijing, and was founded in 2001.The school inherits the century-old excellent academic tradition of PKU, combined with Shenzhen openness and enterprising vitality in innovation and entrepreneurship, has formed out the particular temperaments of “Southern-PKU”、”Ocean-PKU”.

Humanities and social sciences, inheriting the academic spirit of PKU, are important parts of disciplines in PKUSZ . In the new round of discipline construction, based on the latest development and social needs, PKUSZ is committed to establish new majors of humanities and social sciences.

One of the majors under construction is “Public/Social Policy Research”

professional field:  Public Policy, Social Governance, Social Policy,Social Management,

Positions：1 Professor ；2 Associate professor ；1 Assistant Professor

Employment period and working place/location:

1.At least 3 years；

2.Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School.

Responsibilities

1.Academic research on social and public policy；

2.Teaching，2 courses per semester；

3.Some works in discipline construction, administration and students work；

4.Some applied research projects and consultation.

Requirements

1.Ph.D degree in related major from top universities and research institutes in China or other countries；

2.Written and spoken English or other important academic languages；

3.Ability and enthusiasm in postgraduate teaching；

4.Ability to conduct original research in social policy and  interdisciplinary fields, especially in frontiers, with academic achievements approved by international academic circles；

5.International working experience is preferable.

Remuneration 

1.Salary on the basis of PKUSZ personnel management regulations；

2.Some relevant national/local "Talents Programs" could be applied for the applicants if the requirements are met；

3.Related medical and social security benefits according to personnel management regulations and access to Shenzhen registered permanent residence according to relevant laws if necessary.
