| 工作內(nèi)容 |
1. 職位依托英國(guó)Wellcome基金會(huì)資助的“中印電動(dòng)車發(fā)展的氣候與健康效應(yīng)”項(xiàng)目，研究中國(guó)和印度的能源脫碳戰(zhàn)略，特別關(guān)注電動(dòng)汽車發(fā)展對(duì)減少溫室氣體和空氣污染的效應(yīng)。 2. 工作內(nèi)容包括兩個(gè)不同的研究方向：崗位一主要通過(guò)綜合評(píng)估模型（IAM）評(píng)估中國(guó)和印度交通部門政策對(duì)于碳排放、空氣質(zhì)量和健康的影響；崗位二重點(diǎn)關(guān)注促進(jìn)中印電動(dòng)汽車（EV）發(fā)展的有利市場(chǎng)和政策條件。 3. 導(dǎo)師將提供充分的業(yè)務(wù)指導(dǎo)，并給予充分的研究自由度，入選者將有80%時(shí)間用于項(xiàng)目研究和學(xué)術(shù)論文寫(xiě)作，只需20%時(shí)間撰寫(xiě)項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)書(shū)、本項(xiàng)目報(bào)告和政策建議，以確保項(xiàng)目的順利進(jìn)行。 |

1. 主要在北京大學(xué)工作； 2. 將有機(jī)會(huì)與國(guó)際跨學(xué)科研究團(tuán)隊(duì)合作交流：Wei Peng教授（Pennsylvania State University）和Johannes Urpelainen教授（Johns Hopkins University）課題組，寒暑假在PSU和JHU進(jìn)行短期訪問(wèn)交流，同時(shí)有機(jī)會(huì)參加Wellcome基金會(huì)在英美舉辦的研究年會(huì)，與世界各地同行開(kāi)展學(xué)術(shù)交流，表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀者也將有機(jī)會(huì)在Johns Hopkins University開(kāi)展第二年的工作。 |

1. 已獲得或即將取得博士學(xué)位： a)國(guó)外：在國(guó)外（境外）世界大學(xué)綜合排名或?qū)W科排名前100的高校獲得博士學(xué)位，且尚未回國(guó)工作的博士畢業(yè)生；排名參考當(dāng)年度最新THE/ QS/USNEWS/ARWU排名； b)國(guó)內(nèi)：在國(guó)內(nèi)知名高�；�?qū)W科獲得博士學(xué)位的全日制博士畢業(yè)生。 2. 獲得博士學(xué)位不超過(guò)三年，年齡不超過(guò)35周歲； 3. 進(jìn)站后須全職從事博士后研究工作； 4. 身體健康，符合北京大學(xué)博士后招收條件； 5. 具有能源或氣候研究背景； 6. 具有較高的英語(yǔ)口頭及書(shū)面寫(xiě)作水平； 7. 熱愛(ài)科研工作，具有較強(qiáng)的系統(tǒng)分析思維和數(shù)據(jù)建模能力，具備獨(dú)立從事科研及項(xiàng)目工作的能力，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力突出； 8. 此外： a)對(duì)于崗位一：熟練掌握綜合評(píng)估模型建模方法； b)對(duì)于崗位二：深入了解交通部門，掌握相關(guān)定量分析方法（如optimization, agent-based modeling, vehicle choice modeling等）。 |
