一、導(dǎo)師簡(jiǎn)介

Ramon Gonzalez現(xiàn)任摩珈生物公司首席科學(xué)官，湘湖實(shí)驗(yàn)室農(nóng)業(yè)合成生物團(tuán)隊(duì)首席科學(xué)家，湘湖-摩珈合成生物聯(lián)合創(chuàng)新中心主任，以及天津大學(xué)客座教授。作為代謝工程與合成生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)軍學(xué)者，他以開(kāi)創(chuàng)可持續(xù)生產(chǎn)高價(jià)值化學(xué)品的微生物平臺(tái)著稱(chēng)，并通過(guò)產(chǎn)學(xué)研深度融合推動(dòng)綠色生物制造發(fā)展。Ramon博士是美國(guó)科學(xué)促進(jìn)會(huì)（AAAS）和美國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)與生物工程院（AIMBE）雙院會(huì)士，在Science, Nature, Nature Catalysis, and Nature Biotechnology等頂級(jí)期刊發(fā)表論文逾百篇，持有20余項(xiàng)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利。

Ramon Gonzalez is the Chief Scientific Officer of Mojia Biotech, the Chief Scientist of the Agricultural Biosynthesis Team, the Director of the Synthetic Biology Xianghu-Mojia Joint Innovation Center at Xianghu Laboratory, and an adjunct professor at Tianjin University. He is a leading figure in metabolic engineering and synthetic biology, renowned for developing innovative microbial platforms to produce high-value chemicals sustainably and for integrating academia and industry to advance green biomanufacturing. Dr. Gonzalez is an elected Fellow of both the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE). He published over 100 papers, including Science, Nature, Nature Catalysis, and Nature Biotechnology, and holds over 20 patents.

[1] 已獲得博士學(xué)位，畢業(yè)于國(guó)內(nèi)外知名高�；蜓芯繖C(jī)構(gòu)，專(zhuān)業(yè)方向?yàn)榛瘜W(xué)、生物學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域；

[2] 具有高水平大學(xué)或頂尖科研機(jī)構(gòu)工作經(jīng)歷，并在該領(lǐng)域取得突出研究成果；

[3] 年齡原則上不超過(guò)45周歲，需全職在實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作；

Research Core Members

Position Responsibilities

Conduct research related to synthetic biology under the guidance of the group leader.

Requirements

[1] PhD degree, graduated from renowned universities or research institutions domestically or internationally, with majors in chemistry, biology, molecular biology, or related fields;

[2] Possess work experience in high-level universities or prestigious research institutions and have made significant contributions in the field;

[3] Generally under 45 years old, working full-time in the laboratory;

【2】卓越青年研究員/博士后崗位

1）崗位職責(zé)：在課題組負(fù)責(zé)人指導(dǎo)下開(kāi)展合成生物學(xué)相關(guān)科研工作。

2）任職要求：

[1] 已獲得生物學(xué)、化學(xué)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域博士學(xué)位，畢業(yè)于海內(nèi)外知名高�；蜓芯繖C(jī)構(gòu)，具有海外高水平大學(xué)或科研機(jī)構(gòu)工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先；

[2] 年齡原則上不超過(guò)40周歲，需全職在實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作；

[3] 已取得創(chuàng)新性研究成果，具備獨(dú)立開(kāi)展創(chuàng)新科研工作的能力；

Outstanding Research Youth or Post-doctoral Fellow

Position Responsibilities

Conduct research related to synthetic biology under the guidance of the group leader.

Requirements

[1] PhD degree, graduated from renowned universities or research institutions domestically or internationally in biology, chemistry, or related fields, with preference given to those with work experience at high-level overseas universities or research institutions;

[2] Generally under 40 years old, working full-time in the laboratory;

[3] Demonstrated innovative research achievements and the ability to conduct independent, innovative research.
